We will populate your office areas with our security waste paper consoles conveniently placed for your staff to dispose of their confidential waste materials. On a pre-agreed schedule, our service personnel will visit, take your confidential materials to our mobile paper shredding unit and destroy them immediately, on site.

As part of our service we will compile a brief description of how the service works and what your staff can and cannot destroy, for circulation amongst your employees, allowing you to tailor our paper waste destroy service to your own requirements. At the end of each visit you will receive a Certificate of Destruction as confirmation that the confidential paper waste material that we collected that day was shredded, along with a Waste Transfer Note.

If you need to destroy a one-off batch of confidential waste paper material, due to the release of an old archive or an office move, we engage the same strict security procedures as we do with our regular customers.

Just show us what you need to destroy and we will give you a fixed cost to destroy / shred the waste paper, provided you do not need to add to it. If you have loose waste paper material to destroy, that you want to gather up before we arrive, we can supply you with heavy duty confidential waste paper bags.
